Leadership
Corelay was founded on two observations. First, that the people who know the work — safeguarding practitioners, revenue officers, caseworkers — are not the people who write code, and forcing them to meet in the middle produces neither good software nor good service. Second, that production agent systems are societies of peers, not pipelines, and the tools for building them should reflect that shape. Everything we build is in service of those two ideas.
