About

AI-powered safeguarding technology.

Corelay Technologies Ltd is a UK-registered company that builds TellSafe — an anonymous reporting and case management platform connecting domestic abuse survivors to the right help, powered by AI that triages in 2.1 seconds. Live in Nigeria since February 2026. Opening to UK pilots now.

What TellSafe does

For survivors: Anonymous reporting via WhatsApp, SMS, USSD, or web. No download, no account, no name required. AI triages every report using the DASH risk framework and routes it to the right local service. Survivors communicate with caseworkers through a tracking code — never revealing their identity unless they choose to.

For professionals: A caseworker portal with AI-assisted case management, risk assessment, safety planning, referral letters, follow-up tracking, and compliance-ready exports. Live at portal.tellsafe.africa (Nigeria) and portal.tellsafe.co.uk (UK).

Coming Q3 2026: TellSafe Survivor App — a browser-native channel with installable disguise (appears as a meditation app), duress PIN protection, split-key evidence custody, and post-quantum encryption. Six documented innovations with no prior art globally.

Principles

Safeguarding is non-negotiable

TellSafe serves survivors. Practitioner review, DPIA sign-off, and explicit safeguarding commitments are required before any live deployment — regardless of commercial pressure.

Honest about where we are

We are specific about what is shipped and clear about what is not. We do not claim 'live' until real survivors are being served. We do not publish case studies until a practitioner will put their name on it.

Survivor safety over speed-to-market

We will not ship a survivor-facing product without a DPIA, a penetration test, and a safeguarding advisor review. Responsible deployment is a competitive advantage, not a constraint.

Two sides of safeguarding

Survivors need anonymous, safe channels. Professionals need structured, AI-assisted case management. Both sides, one platform, one compliance framework.
